So I agree, thought is a choice therefore optimism is a choice because we can choose what stories we create in our minds regarding external events. When we create a story that is positive we develop our character and shape our destiny in a positive way. In addition, our stories influence the lives of others and as a result we can change the world in a positive, uplifting way. So what is my story about health care? The story is this. I am grateful to live in a country that is wealthy enough to have a health care system to debate about.
