That was a reference to his belief in the opening of the 20th century that after 2,000 years, the state of Israel would be reconstituted in 50 years. The power of his positive thinking and commanding diplomacy to achieve his dream was the central factor in the creation of the state of Israel almost precisely 50 years after his visionary book that began the modern zionist movement. For me, his was the most powerful example of what positive thinking can do. While I was reading it I kept thinking of a book that we were required to read for school and some training we did recently. The book is called "The Leader in Me" by Stephen R. Covey. The training was Leadership training around the book. I really recommend you reading it, it talks a lot about being positive and creating win-win situations. I also want to encourage you to work on your tickets it is a wonderful feeling to accomplish those goals. Hope you will be able to make it to the beading.
